Scandalous: President Radomir invited Ljubljana to celebrate the 17th anniversary of independence, knowing it was a threat to national security.

Although President Vjosa Osmani has had information since 2024 that the Serbian judge, Radomir Laban, poses a danger to Kosovo's national security, and according to government claims he is also linked to Radojichi, the heads of Kosovo institutions at the helm with the president of the Republic of Kosovo itself have extended an official invitation to the judge [...]
The president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, who has already entered the final phase of its mandate, at a media conference held on August 5th 2025, had announced that she has withdrawn her request from the Constitutional Court, since the referral for the subject required to know the legal consequences for disregarding the 30-day constitutional deadline, was appointed by the Serb community judge Radomir Laban.
I have made this as an immediate response to the already confirmed information that as a reporting judge in this request Judge Radomir Lyban, for whose dangerous activity in 2018, 2021 and 2024, our security institutions have submitted clear and official information. According to these information, which in the 1920s and 2024 have also been shared with the Constitutional Court, this judge poses a danger to the national security of the Republic of Kosovo and is committed to activities against the constitutional order of the Republic of Kosovo”, the president had said.
According to Osmani, in such an extremely important case, the former president could have been Laban, since according to security structures information, recently reconfirmed, the same poses a threat to the national security of the Republic of Kosovo.
The “is deeply disturbing how a judge for whom security institutions have officially delivered information that risks the state, to be allowed to determine the fate of our constitutional order”, Osmani had said before reporters.
At this conference, the president of the Republic of Kosovo, Vjosa Osmani, had said that this problem had been discussed once again in 2024.
The Vetevendosje Movement continued on as well as on a much higher scale following the publication of the latest indictment, where it was argued that leader Avni Dehari violated the Constitution, where he was ordered to follow the agenda, and only the method of voting open as a path to the constitution of the Republic.
However, despite the fact that the Serbian community judge, Radomir Laban, according to Osman, poses a danger to national security, and according to the Vetvendosje Movement Government, has also linked Milan Radojiciqi, the Serbian judge has been formally invited by state leaders to attend the 17th anniversary of the celebration of Kosovo's Republic of Independence.
At the invitation provided by the Gazette Express, President Vjosa Osmani as head of state led to the names of the heads of institutions at the invitation.

That all judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo, including Serbian Radomir Laban, have accepted the invitation and confirmed by the Constitutional Court itself
The “all judges of the Constitutional Court of the Republic of Kosovo have accepted the invitation to attend the state-run reception ceremony on the occasion of the Republic of Kosovo's 17th anniversary of independence”, the Constitutional Court's response awarded to the Gazette Express, says.
