Journalist Besnik Krasniqi has published a “studyBasha's” published in 2012 has, according to him, distributed “heavy documentation” regarding the Kosovo Liberation Army (UÇK).
In a Facebook post, Krasniqi has published direct accusations against Basha, naming publication as “propaganda pages against KLA”
He has said the study presents claims that the KLA was formed with the help of <x0kriminals and Albanian and foreign bandits”, and that it was financed by “criminal gangs and drug traffickers”, while the diaspora had been forced to contribute under threats.

Bizar what my eyes read. A “tum” of Chief Parliamentary Dimal Basha, published in 2012, is denoting the world that the KLA has been established with the help of Albanian and foreign criminals and bandits, that the KLA has financed our criminal gangs and drug traffickers, and that the diaspora is bound to give money for The KLA, under threat from crime gangs. This propaganda pamphlet against The KLA would have to serve to immediately initiate its dismissal, and otherwise boycott the Parliament's work as long as Basha heads this institution.
