The couple are planning to turn this island into a luxury resort, with an investment of about a billion euros.

On the “Weyin” show in Klan Kosova, the lawyer from Albania, Erdis Doraci, has clarified that news of the island's purchase is slightly misworked.

He said it's not really about a purchase, it's about a big strategic investment.

This island is given with concessions of strategic investors, and this practice has been used with other investors, both inside and outside Albania”, Doraci said.
