Rutte: Russian attacks on Kiev show we cannot be naive about Russia

In an X post, Rutte has confirmed that they must make sure Ukraine can defend itself.

Last night's terrible “Sulmets in Kiev, which killed so many innocent civilians, indicate once again that we cannot be naive about Russia”.
