RTK workers with no pay, Principal Riley Gervala makes fun of them

Kosovo Radio Television Director (RTK), Relind Gervalla, has compared today's public broadcaster employees' work-work day to “bojks working the lands” and theatre actors that “continue to play even when the hall is half empty”. In a post on social networks, Gervala stressed that RTK employees are expected to be left without salaries even after Friday with the Government of Kosovo that has not put their issue on the agenda to be held today.
In this fraught situation, near the collapse, of the public broadcaster, the director has chosen to clone the work of the true “employee” of RTK. He has said that his job is more than a survival tool. According to him, it's dignity.
“Today, true worker of RTK's got out of bed not because he called the clock, but because his clean conscience called him. Not to earn the bite of bread, but to stay. Not to take advantage of something materially, but not to lose something far deeper: dignity”, Gervala wrote.
The worker who sweated and uncluttered worked for 26 years knew that today would not be paid. That the work he does will not be translated into banking numbers, table bread, baby milk. And yet, he dressed up, took off his shoes and took his way to RTK. Because sometimes, work is not just a means of survival. It's a way not to lose yourself in a world to slowly erase”.
Using philosophical explanations, he has compared today's work day to the real <x0...
“In the office did not find a holiday atmosphere, but there was a kind of sacred silence pending meeting by the Government. As in monasteries or wish, where believers expect no wages for their prayers. As in theaters, where actors continue to play even when the hall is half empty. As in the fields, where the farmer tills the land, not because someone sees it, but because the earth does not wait”, Gervala continued.
“Today, worker RTK's not frustrated. He's conscious. And that's more painful. Because when you expect nothing, no disappointment will ever hit you again, he said. /Periscopi/
But RTK workers see the serious financial situation at RTK differently.
The RTK Workers' Union, during this week, warned protests on August 6th of lack of wages and called on responsible institutions to urgently intervene to find solutions.
In a response Thursday, the union said the protest warned for 6 August remains inevitable.
