Returning to the Lipjan race, Shukri Buya: It's a legacy of friends at The Hague

Shukri Buja, the candidate of the Kosovo Democratic Party (PDK) for the mayor of Lipjan, in an interview for the FIVE show at RTV Dukaagjini has spoken about his decision to return to the race for the first of this town, which he led for several years earlier. He said his candidacy is the result [...]
He said his candidacy is the result of the demand of citizens, members and former party members, including its new structures.
“ ... and the branch chairman himself, Mr. Rizan, and party chairman, Mr. Krasniqi. But what has mostly led me to run is the legacy of my friends who are unjustly at The Hague -- the legacy of two heads of state, the two party leaders, Mr. Thaci and Mr. Wessel. That's why I'm back in politics”, Booya said.
He added that his return to politics has taken place even after a conversation has been held with them.
According to him, despite the sensitive political situation, he is already on the ground and in direct contact with citizens.
My claim is to stand up for my work, offer citizens my vision, speak to them, and tell them what Lipjan will be after four years under my leadership”, Buja said.
