It was reported missing, it's buried: All known so far for the heavy murder in Lipjan

Police spokeswoman for the Pristina region Flora Ahmeti has confirmed the news, which announced that the case is being treated as a serious murder.

A dead body (still unidentified) has been found in the village of Bayca of Lipjan. Police investigators, in co-ordination with the prosecution, have initiated procedural actions, while the body has been sent to the Legal Medicine Institute for autopsy and identification,” Ahmeti said.

According to initial information, the lifeless body was discovered by family members of the victim, who had been declared missing a few days earlier.

The victim is alleged to be Enver Bajraktari, whose disappearance the family had sounded the alarm and sought help to find him.

Investigations are continuing, while authorities have yet to elaborate on possible motives or suspects.

The victim's cousin, Avni Bajraktari in Klan Kosova, said Enver had taken the pasture cow to the fields before it disappeared.

Until it becomes known that on Saturday he had taken a bus to Tirana to wait for his sons who had come from France and Italy.

His family has claimed that Enver had no problems or conflicts with any particular person.

Police and State Prosecution have launched investigations to reveal the circumstances of this suspicious death. According to information provided by Klan Kosova, the victim has been found by family members, buried several metres underground in a corn - planted field. The group looking for Enver managed to find the place where he was buried, following signs that he had been dragged there.
