Ramadan: There are numerous voices within VV parliamentary group that oppose deadlock

Burim Ramadani, an expert on security and opinionist issues, commenting on Albania's present-day action by Selimi, which did not vote Donika Grovall for chief parliament, says it was expected that normal voices will appear in the VV GP.
