But, they say by the Special Prosecutor in a response to National, that “towards these defendants this prosecutor has seized 9 real estate under this investigation, and has interviewed all persons involved in this criminal case, in line with standards set out in the Criminal Procedure Code”.

We inform you that the Special Prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo is conducting investigations on two separate cases against suspects M. St.
By April 25, 2025, The PSRK has been announced by Kosovo Police for presenting a criminal cover on the part of B.H. against suspect M. St. Immediately after receiving the information, on the same day the prosecution has begun to take investigative action and has authorised police investigators to take necessary legal measures and actions.
In this case, the prosecution has not filed a request for the detention measure, as in the initial phase of the procedure, the company and other investigative actions have been needed with the aim of verifying claims and full clarification of the random circumstances.
Under the law, detention can be sought and determined only when sufficient evidence exists and the legal conditions envisioned in the Criminal Procedure Code are met.
Moreover, based on police reports, after the completion of the operational plan, the search of suspected properties, as well as after the interview that suspects and complainers, no information or evidence has been accepted that would indicate that the complainer or any member of his family has been threatened by suspects.
While the prosecution explains that in the first case, suspect M. S and E. The US has been in custody for four months for several criminal acts, including impeachment and obligation.
Following the defence attorneys' proposal for replacing the bail move at the Court of the Theatre in Pristina, the same proposal has been submitted to the prosecution for assessment. The PSRK after analyzing the demand, has proposed changing the security measure, and the Court has decided to replace the measure, since it is estimated that legal conditions for continuing detention no longer exist.
At the same time against these defendants, this prosecutor has seized 9 real estate under this investigation, and has interviewed all persons involved in this criminal case, in line with standards set out in the Criminal Procedure Code. We stress that the case is still in the phase of investigations, and evidence is also being provided within the framework of international judicial co-operation.
