Prizren, August 06th 2025 The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren announces the public opinion that he has sought from the Constitutional Court in Prizren, the appointment of a 30-day detention measure, to the defendants L.S., J.S., N.K., and R.P., due to the suspicion that the same were committed to the same criminal work “Obligation”, by Article 328 par. 2 connected to money. 1, as well as L.S. defendants, N.K., and R.P., have committed criminal work “possession, control or unauthorized possession of weapons”, Article 366, as well as R.P., has committed a criminal act “Avoiding taxation” from Article 307 pars. 1st under the Penal Code of the Republic of Kosovo (KPRK).

According to the prosecution's request, the prosecutors L.S., J.S., N.K., and R.P., during November É., December 2024 in Prizren, acting as members of the group with the intention of illegally benefiting the euro for themselves, use the serious canon to force the E.M., to act at the expense of his property, in the way that he has damaged a share of ownership of the euro for the euro castrade of his own benefit. The Constitutional Prosecutor in Prizren, in this case, has made the freeze of accounts worth 126 thousand and 997 euros, seized cash during the eight thousand and 850 euros raid, and frozen a total property of 58.7 gold.

Thirteen rounds with inscription PK 9,19 22;

Two (2) air rifles and a (1) electro mate;s

Six (6) Mobile phones, notebooks, executions, authorisations, extracts, contracts, and various documentations that will serve in quality of material evidence.
