The prosecution in Gjilan is declared for Mefail Shkodra: From 2000, five criminal cases were filed, in four cases the indictment was filed

According to the PTH in Gjilan, all 5 criminal cases have been accepted for Mefail Shkodra since 2000, while in 4 cases the indictment has been filed.

“Taking advantage of criminal past reports concerning the criminal past, suspects Mefail Shkodra, announce public opinion that, for the same at the Constitutional Prosecutor in Gjilan by Kosovo Police from 2000, a total of 5 criminal cases have been accepted, in 4 cases the indictment according to PPs. II.300/2005, PP. II.394/2011, PP. II.1091/2014, PP. I.154/17 and PP class. II,913/2023 has been resolved in mediation procedure.

As for the suspects, Edonnis Shkodra and Angel Shkodra, we announce that at the Founding Prosecutor's Office in Gjilan, there has been no prosecuted case in the quality of the suspects.
