The case happened in Prizren.
Clankosova.tv has unofficially learned that the detainee is Kosovo citizen Taner Cuse.
Meanwhile, police have said that the case occurred on August 27th, and was presented in the 24-hour police report on August 28th of this year.
The report said that the suspect in the sign of uprising, following the pronunciation of a fine in traffic, had attacked police officials.
The suspect with the prosecutor's decision has been taken into custody.
