Police seize 1,000 kilos of peppers in Kamenica

The media report reportedly has banned a local license vehicle in the village of Lisocka in Kamenica, in which there were 1,000 kilograms of peppers.

In the continuation of police activities aimed at preventing criminal cases, but also other negative phenomena, Kosovo Police knowingly patrolled units from DDRPK-East by 2908.2025 have prevented a case of smuggling goods.
In regard to the case in the village of Lisocka-Kamenica, a local license vehicle with Kosovo male suspect leader has been banned.
In the search of the vehicle, ninety-two (92) packets of peppers in a total amount of about 1,000kg (for market value of some 2,500 50,000), for which the suspect had not presented valid documentation.
Regarding the further procedures, the presiding prosecutor, whose decision the case is initiated, has been announced as goods surrender to the competent customs point.
Kosovo police remain committed to preventing and fighting all forms of crime and thanking citizens for their co-operation.
