Police return operation “Lugu”, which has placed 6 suspected narcotics trafficking, 5 vehicles seized

During the search of cars in the presence of the defence attorney, the property of the Kosovo male suspect in one of the cars has been found two bags of suspected narcotic substance of total cocaine type about 35 grams.
Earlier this month, police had announced that during this operation, named as “Lugu”, six suspected persons have been arrested and an amount of cocaine seized.
Kosovo Police, respectively, Director for Narcotics Trafficking Investigation in Pristina assisted by other security organs, following intensive investigations conducted against six (6) Kosovo male suspects under suspicion that the same were dealt with by selling narcotics in the Pristina region has realised police operation “HAGU”
By the date 06.08.2025 about 12:00 p.m. under the jurisdiction of the Constitutional Prosecutor and the Court in Pristina, the operational plan has been implemented in which controls were conducted at eight locations (homes, residences, and escort facilities), where a local (free shop) was closed by the order of the prosecutor.
The operation is supported by the Special Operations Unit, the Directorate of Criminal Technical, the K9 unit, and patrol units from the Pristina region.
As a result of this operational plan, six suspected persons have been arrested, as well as the quality of material evidence have been found and seized:
1. 300 grams of suspected narcotic substance of cocaine (the value of which is estimated to be about 18,000 euros),
2. 13. 294 Euro,
3. 2 DVR,
4. Five cars with local license plates as well as other material evidence that connects to the case.
The suspects have been accompanied for interviews in the presence of defence lawyers, and with the state prosecutor's decision they have been detained for 48 hours.
