(10 months ago)The North Mitrovica Regional Police Directorate, in co-operation with municipal inspectors and other responsible institutions, has made public calls for respecting legal provisions regulating public order and tranquillity, especially on the part of business subjects such as cafes, restaurants and bars. The report says that music and any other activity that produces noise is not allowed to disturb public order and quiet until legally defined hours.
Any violation of these provisions will be treated as a violation and followed according to legal procedures. Law No. 03/L-142 Article 8 Anyone who causes unnecessary and unbearable noises heard from residents around or on the street and who disturbs other people from 10: 00 p.m. to 7: 00 p.m. during the week and from 11: 00 p.m. to 7: 00 p.m. on Saturdays and Sundays is sentenced to an offense of”. The purpose of this measure is to preserve order, calm and public security”, the announcement said.
On the other hand, police have invited all businesses to cooperate to ensure a safe and secure environment for all citizens indiscriminately.
