Police intervention at three media facilities in Albania, economy ministry reacts

The society's claim that its lease contract has until 2033 is linked to another state property, different and with no legal or actual connection to past state society “CAYO” s.

The property in question is also owned by the state and located in the cadastral zone no. 8170, wealth no. 10/304, with ground surfaces 13,922 m2, near former-“Usine Auto Exchange Parts” in Shkoza. There is another lease contract for this property bound in 2013 and altered by annexes in 2016 between the MFE, today the Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation and the Panorama Group Sha. During 2033.

By contrast, the wealth passed on to society “CAYO” s. No. 158, the date 12.3.2025, was initially rented in 2002 for a deadline until 2022, and has been the target of court decisions of definite form, having counterpace Society “Focus Media News”.

The lease contract claimed to be valid by 2033 refers to another asset, with different numbers and borders from the property of judicial decisions and which has not been exceeded “CAYO” s. This fact is confirmed by the official documentation of the cadastral registry and the survey plans, which clearly indicate that it is a different property unit.

Any attempt to present these assets as equal or linked, including references to other lease contracts, except groundless is also a disinformation on the part of a media that should tell the truth. No material interest of the owners excuses misinformation!

So there are two things and two very different contracts and this second has no impact on the validity, legitimacy or execution of court decisions of the formal form that force immediate release of past property from the Council of Ministers of Society “KAYO” sh.a, for realising its task object.

The Ministry of Economy, Culture and Innovation reconfirms that actions for real ownership of this property are in full accordance with the law and court decisions, as well as that wealth is clearly registered as a separate property unit, with no connection to any other property rented through various contracts.
