Police declare fugitive for double murder suspect in Gjilan

Two people have been killed, and two have been wounded by firearms in Gjilan on Sunday at noon, Kosovo Police have confirmed.

Kosovo police have reported that the deaths of two persons have been recorded at the scene, on the “Ibrahim Rugova” road. The two injured were offered assistance at the emergency centre in Gjilan. Their condition has not been announced.

He has confirmed that at the scene there are relevant units and the state prosecutor.

Suspected in murder is Mefail Shkodra. Police have declared him in search of the murders, while calling for citizens to help locate him. No other information has been disclosed about it unless a photograph was published.

Kosovo's “Police, the Regional Directorate of Police in Gjilan, based on authorisation of the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Gjilan, with the aim of tracking and arresting the suspect, issued this request for co-operation with citizens and media”, the report said./Periscopi/
