Claidi Mustaj, 26, effective police from Fier, has returned to the “hero of the day” after risking his life to save four people travelling in a type “Benz”, which collapsed last evening in Kostovica's Qafa.
The event occurred when the driver of the vehicle lost control and the car took off the road, ending up upside down. Mustaj, former lawyer of the Malakaster municipality who left the profession of becoming a police officer, was immediately promoted.
He claims that he acted instinctively to get his troops out of the car, which caught fire a few moments later. According to him, although there were about 30 people there, no one else intervened to help.
After the event, the hero police have received many thanks from ordinary citizens and wished the wounded a quick recovery. Mustaj says that if he faced a similar situation again, he would not hesitate to do the same.
In the end, he appeals to the leaders of the tools to respect road rules to avoid tragedies. /Lapsy.al/ Periscopi/
