The special prosecutor of the Republic of Kosovo welcomes the Constitutional Court's decision in Pristina for the approval of the S.C.'s plea agreement for criminal work “inciting division and non-compliance”.
After establishing the indictment, the Constitutional Court in Pristina has approved the agreement, declaring the defendants six months in prison with the possibility of being replaced by a 1,000-euro fine.”

S.C. “reportedly charged that in the municipality of Shtrpce in 10.06.25, he deliberately fostered hatred and failure among ethnic groups in the Republic of Kosovo, through his public actions at a party of religious character”.
