Among the victims are father and son, Salaam and Edmund Hasan, known as silversmiths in the city who were killed in violent circumstances. The third person who lost his life is Abedin Hoxha, Bujar Hoxha's father, who is the son-in-law of Salai Hasani.
According to information provided by Insander newspaper, Bujar Hoxha is one of the key persons involved in this event, and is currently located at QKUK. Close sources suggest that the essence of the conflict that led to the triple murder has been initiated by Bujar Hoxha.
Meanwhile, a fifth person, Naim Hoxha, Bujar's brother, is also being treated at Gjilan Hospital. According to Insider sources, he was interviewed by police about the tragic event that shocked the city.
According to Insider's information, provided by close sources with the victims' families, it turns out Bujar Hoxha had denounced him two weeks ago to police Mefail Shkodra in connection with the file. Mefail was interviewed by prosecutor Habibe Salihu and then released.
Just a week ago, a meeting was scheduled for yesterday (day) with Mefail Shkodra to clarify the situation. However, the meeting did not go according to expectations and ended in a tragic manner, with three people killed.
According to Kosovo Police and the Constitutional Prosecutorship in Gjilan, one person has been arrested at the scene. While three others, Mefail Shkodra (53) and his sons, Edonis (25) and Engjull Shkodra (22), have been declared on the run and are currently on the run.
Who is Mephail Shkodra?
Mefail Shkodra, directly involved in this case, has previously been known for links to high political figures in the country. He is seen in company with incumbent Prime Minister Albin Kurti, President Vjosa Osmani and Princeton Sadriun. In June of last year, Mefail Shkodra and his son were arrested under suspicion of involvement in files, where luxury cars, weapons, money and various documents were seized during a police operation.
