One person has been arrested and sent to hold for 48 hours in Pristina, under suspicion of illegal possession. Investigators from the General Investigations Unit in Pristina, in co-ordination with the Founding Prosecutor, have exercised control in a settlement in the capital, where they found and seized an AK-47-type firearm, five rounds and quantities of ammunition.
According to police, all necessary procedures have been taken against the suspects in co-operation with the state prosecutor, while the case has been named as “retaining ownership, control or possession without authorising weapons”.
Investigations into the case are ongoing.
