This is not just a judicial process. It is a battle to protect our businesses, the country's economy, our workers and their families from unprecedented abuse of power, which has forced citizens and companies to buy energy at 280% higher prices just to fill the pockets of companies licensed by the government”, Krasniqi wrote among other things.

Dear citizens,
From the beginning we have committed ourselves to halt Z. The RRE from implementing its unfair decision, which obliges over 1,300 businesses to come up in the so-called free <x0-market” of energy at a time when the ZRE itself has not created even the minimum conditions for such a thing.
We started this battle in regular courts, using any legal means available. But even though the evidence was clear and the consequences for the clear country's economy, the Constitutional Court rejected our request, while the Court of Appeals legitimised this refusal, paving the way for the implementation of the ZRE's decision.
In consultation with Lawyer Faton Fetah and the team of PDK lawyers, we have concluded that all legal conditions have already been met so that this ZRR decision will be filed with the Constitutional Court, which we will do this week. We will seek temporary measures so that this harmful decision will not be implemented until the final review of the matter.
This is not just a court process. It is a battle to protect our businesses, the country's economy, our workers and their families from unprecedented abuse of power, which has forced citizens and companies to buy energy at 280% higher prices just to fill the pockets of government-launched companies.
The PDK will until the end be alongside Kosovo entrepreneurs and citizens to stop this great injustice and protect public interest.
