(10 months ago)The PDK branch in Gjilan has handed over a criminal complaint to the mayor of the municipality, Alban Hyseni, demanding that the Special Prosecutor initiate investigation into abuse of office and mismanagement of public finances. The PDK estimates that this represents formal admission of responsibility and strengthens doubt of punishable criminal acts, according to Article 414 and 415 of the Penal Code.
As evidence, the party has added the official auditing report.
