Osmani: Laban's dismissal can only be done with judges' proposals, without that no steps can be taken by the presidency.

She said the only way for his dismissal is to vote from 2/3 of the judges and then be nominated to the president.

Osmani added it is absurd to expect to protect constitutional order from persons who, according to security institutions, endanger constitutional order.

“also under the constitution, the dismissal of a Constitutional Court judge only after such a vote is made by 2/3 of the judges and then the dismissal is proposed by the Court itself. Without such a proposal by the Court, no step on the president's side can be taken under the constitution. So in the interest of Kosovo and its citizens, attracting this requirement is the necessary act in the function of protecting constitutional order.
