Kosovo President Vjosa Osmani has said it is disturbing that the Special Court in The Hague accepts material from Serbia. As she has stated, any evidence from Serbia, especially against Albanians, is forged and a court that has the obligation to function under the Kosovo legal system cannot accept any.
Osmani has stressed that Kosovo institutions have also officially expressed concern about using these evidence from Serbia.
For the Special Court, I think it is extremely disturbing that any court created by the Republic of Kosovo, which has the legal and constitutional obligation to function according to Kosovo's legal system and judicial regulations to accept evidence that the state of Serbia produces. It has been historically testified that any evidence the state of Serbia produces, in particular against the Albanian people of the KLA, is forged evidence which has only one objective of rewriteing the history”, she said at the media conference.
Osmani has added that all Albanians should be together in protecting the liberation war for Kosovo.
The “is bad luck for the entire region that still Milosevic's remains leading Serbia, and precisely because the same mentalism of the 1990s still prevails in Serbia, they use the same methods they have used in the 1990s. It takes all of us as institutions, as citizens as a nation to join forces in defending the right and liberation war of the Republic of Kosovo”./Periscopi/
