President Osmani expressed gratitude for Ambassador Nissinen's contribution to strengthening relations between Kosovo and Finland, assessing his commitment to building a stable partnership based on democratic values and shared vision for the future, the Presidency's announcement reported.
According to the announcement, Osman singled out as an important moment in bilateral relations the bilateral visit to Finland, which according to it testifies to mutual friendship and respect between the two states.
Recent developments in the country, including the constitutionalisation of new institutions, were discussed during the meeting, as well as Finland's support for Kosovo's Euro-Atlantic route was renewed.
At the end of the meeting, President Osmani thanked Ambassador Nissinen for the well-deserved collaboration and representation of the Finnish state in Kosovo, wishing them success in future tasks.
