Osman withdraws the application for the constitutional session from the Constitution: Radomir Lieban poses danger to national security

“I have withdrawn the application submitted on July 22nd to the Court. I've made it in an instant response to the confirmed information that the rapporteur has been appointed to Radomir Laban, for the dangerous activity of which in 2018, 2021 and 2024 of our security institutions have delivered clear and official information. According to this information, 2024 this judge poses a threat to national security for Kosovo, and is engaged in activities against the constitution”.

The “Rasti that I have addressed at the Constitutional Court concerns the protection of constitutional order and handles important issues, such as democratic functioning of institutions, the principle of division of powers and formation of institutions after the February 9th <x1) elections.
