In May of this year, Metro newspaper provided information provided by anonymous sources within the institution that uncovered a series of possible violations, alluding to a sophisticated manipulation scheme aimed at favouring the designated operator and reducing drastic competition.
Now, three months later, the most expensive economic operator has been selected as a supplier for these very important hehemodialisis devices.
Our further established concerns: 13/05/2025 regarding the mentioned subject were true where the contradictory authority: Q KLINIK UNIVERSITY KOSOVES (KOC) pays the most expensive bidder Medi Health LLC at the bidding price: 843,750 Euro. This bidder is more expensive than the cheapest bidder in this tender for: 259,245 Euro”, shown resources.
So the economic operator that is selected by QKUK for this service costs 843 thousand euros, while the cheapest operator has made an offer for 584 thousand euros. This decision on the tender is signed on Wednesday (August 13th).
According to the information we have the cheapest bidder has offered quality product from the American-German producer Fresenius where with a simple click it is clearly seen that this is the world's largest automaker and automotive materials for shemodyalis, and the same manufacturer at QKU is eliminated as irresponsible”, the sources say.
In this disturbing situation, sources within KKUK invite the prosecution to take seriously this issue where there is clearly manipulation and favouring of an economic operator.
