But they have forgotten the undeniable truth with shame.

This court was born on the poisonous charges they made themselves up. Its entire existence rests on accusations and betrayals committed by those who now prefigure as law-registerers. Because the same baseless accusations that are echoing in The Hague are allegations that VV and LDK have embedded in public consciousness for more than a decade, in the Assembly, in television studios, we official visits to European Union states and on the streets.

The confrontation of the Parliament's deputies by this vote occurred only because of poisonous narrotives and even the widespread false accusations of people who now hold power.

MPs did not vote for a court that would follow charges made by Albanians themselves; they were deliberately deceived to vote for a court that would address alleged crimes in Dick Martí's report, which, as it turned out later, was simply a means of pressure rather than the object of investigating this court.

Many MPs may have been subjected to pressure and, despite their best intentions, have committed a wrong move for which most of them have already apologised”, writes Musliu.
