At the hearing, there were 106 deputies.
The Vetevendosje movement proposed three deputies for the Speaker of the Assembly, but all three failed.
Iron Murati, Arbury Nagavci and Dimal Basha did not get enough votes to sit in the top-seat chair.
Under the trial, MPs have 30 days to elect the mayor and five vice-presidents.
The prime minister must be elected by an open vote, and a name could be put to the polls up to three times./Periscopi/
