Muharrem: Vetevendosje has no future if it does not change radically

Analyst Shenoll Muharremi has counted the violations made in the Assembly by the winning party of the February 9th elections, the Vetevendosje Movement.

Through an analysis, Muharrem said the VV has not respected the Constitution and the Constitutional Court's decision, with the declaration of the constitution's constitutionalisation at Saturday's session.

Yesterday we had a subsequent violation of the Constitution. Bistale and arrogant. How can a party that systematically and deliberately violates the country's Constitution succeed a good future?

It was a very dimensional mistake what happened yesterday. The LVV had not respected the Constitution and the JPC's decision when it insisted after the closed vote and proposed the same candidate. Logic says, they must have learned something not to repeat mistakes. The opposite happened.

So LVV violated the Constitution systematically and deliberately. Yesterday he stepped on it again, in the most arrogant form possible, in broad daylight, in live television and in front of cameras.

It is an extremely large crime, and also a major attack on the country's constitutional order. I am not mentioning that it sends a harmful message to the country where the Serb minority is not being respected and excluded from democracy.

What happened to the heads of this party's decision-makers? They saw massive vote by citizens. Justice was not reformed and corruption did not stop. The economy is almost falling apart with wrong energy and social assistance policies, instead of investments and private sector support.

Now even the Constitution is being violated in a form and a way beyond imagination. This cannot be “really” and it's not sustainable. It cannot be a group of people who violate the Constitution with willfulness and arrogance by being a good model or even a good future.

The question is, is this vision of LVV, breaking the constitution, with the block of country... just because it can't form most? Is this their vision of their future?

After all, systematic violation and violation of the Constitution is a crime greater than the corruption it has dominated before 2020. This endangers and undermines the core, the foundations of Kosovo.

Therefore, LVV should not only reflective but also be deeply reformed. What we've seen in recent months is very disturbing and harmful, dangerous.

Business and economic attacks add to this. The dramatic growth of imports and trade deficit in goods. Attacks and links to media and journalists. Attacks on those who think independently and do not think like LVV.

The attacks and links to courts... and in cases even with names, like Germany in the 1930s of the last century...

This means that LVV is in big trouble and that there is great conflict with the present and the future.

In this form and with these actions we're seeing, this party has no future unless it changes radically.
