Muhamet Musliu pleads guilty of inciting division among religious groups

Muhamet Musliu has pleaded guilty to the special prosecution's indictment for inciting division and failure. It has already started sessions where admission of guilt will be considered.
On August 14th, the Special Prosecutor announced the arrest of Musliu and A.B., for criminal work “Insulting division and failure to be”.
They are accused of inciting and publicly spreading hatred and inadequacy among religious groups, as well as of promoting extremist religious ideology, according to ISIS propaganda methods.
According to the indictment Muliu has called for massacre against Jews and Christians, publishing in his profile on the social network “Facebook”, photos and videos of radicalised persons and showing in public calls for religious extremism.
And A. B, accused of calling for <x0 laws to be respected Sheryat”, and oppose the democratic system, state symbols and laws of the Republic of Kosovo.
According to the indictment, A. B, from 2019 to 22.05.2025 via social network “Facebook”, in his account named “Ubejdullah Abu Suheila” has distributed materials with stimulating content, through which he has called to join the fight for jihad, Koha.net reports, broadcast Periscope.
