After seven months of attempts to elect Kosovo's Parliament Speaker, today Dimal Basha from Vetevendosje received 73 votes, sitting in the seat of the first Parliament, Periscopi writes.
How did political parties vote?
Dimal Basha's name was put to the polls shortly after it was proposed, though the Vetevendosje parliamentary group did not have a positive atmosphere.
While 115 MPs were present, 73 voted in favour, 30 against and 3 abstained
In Vetevendosje, all MPs voted in favour.
In the PDK, Ganimet Musliu, Fadil Demaku, Kosovar Murseli and Nat Hasani voted in favour.
The LDK voted against all MPs, while Arben Gashi abstained.
AAK voted in favour of MPs: Daut Haradinaj, Beka Berisha and Lahi Brahimaj, while Time Kadriajabteni.
Fatmir Limaj's NISMA voted against.
The 4th spot will now continue, where vice-presidents will be voted.
