There have been no signals from political parties that today it will be possible to end the stalemate, which has started since April 15th.
Kosovo Assembly MPs have yet another 23 days of constitutional deadlines left to build the Assembly.
Last Seanca, the Vetevendosje Movement, has nominated incumbent Finance Minister Iron Murati, incumbent Education Minister Arberie Nagavcin and MP Dimal Basha. None of them got the votes for the head parliament.
On the basis of the second Constitutional Act, which was published on August 19th, MPs are obliged to complete the constitution within 30 days. Based on it, voting for the prime minister should be open, while the same proposal for the post cannot be made more than three times. According to the bias, all MPs present must express their will by vote: for, against or abstention.
