The Government Commission for Missing Persons is continuing with excavations in several identified areas, while new works are being prepared based on updated data, both within Kosovo territory and pending concrete steps by the Serbian side.
The head of the Government Commission for Missing Persons, Andy Hoti, has announced that 17 locations in Kosovo have so far been worked under search for missing persons.
Hoti indicated that seven of these were found in mortar remains.

According to him, several excavations have actually been completed, until they expected 5 more locations to be excavated.
We've actually completed the excavations in Vushtrri and Kline at a location. There are also a minimum 5 locations expected to take action at”, Hoti told Front Online.
He has confirmed that the mortar remains of 9 individuals have been found at locations in Kosovo.
The baptismal sentences of at least 9 individuals have been found, but this best confirms DNA analysis”, Hoti said.
