Miftarian: Kurti talks about legitimacy in RTK, while he breaks the law by holding two positions

Kosovo Institute for Justice Director Ehat Miftaraj has reacted to MP Albin Kurti's statement, which said “per RTK needs a legal solution”. Miftaraj described this stance as absurd, stressing that Kurti himself is illegally exercising two positions simultaneously on MP and prime minister.

He recalled that Kurti is condemned to the firm form of a criminal offense, labeling it paradoxically for a person with such a past to talk about legitimacy and that, according to him, it remains his “ ” for his “public media guidance. ”
