Through a response, the LBK points out that these decisions violate law and constitution and damage the production sector.
Kosovo Business Link (LBK) raises the alarm for the serious risk facing the country's economy by the actions of ZRE and the incumbent Government, which are forcing forced transition to the free energy market without transparency, without legal basis and contrary to the decisions of the” courts.
These decisions:
Breaking Law and the Constitution
Harming Production Sector
Growing Risks
Mass bankruptcy and job loss
They threaten Kosovo's financial stability.
The LBK has requested immediate suspension of the decision on forced exit to the free energy market.
Legal and responsible action on the part of institutions, serious dialogue with the private sector for a just and sustainable solution.
