According to live reporting in T7, the Parliament's secretary confirmed there was technical concessions in the vote count, where it was announced by the leader that Schwarz had received 57 votes for.
So it turns out she got 56 votes for, one less than the official number coming out of the Assembly on Wednesday.
Schwarz was VV's second candidate for speaker of the Parliament at the previous session, as Albulen Haxhiu won 57 votes in the first round and failed to elect chairmans.
