The CEC has made several decisions at this meeting:

The approval of the programme for Election Management and Election Staff 2025 Local Elections This programme will include thousands of people who will engage in the election process, including Election Day, such as trainers; members of the Local Councils; members of mobile teams for the vote of persons with special needs; numerators at 38 Municipal Counting Centres and the staff of the Counting and Results Centre. The training programme is aimed at equipping staff-knowing equipment that will be engaged in elections for all voting procedures and counting in the polling; conditional voting; voting out persons with special needs, counting procedures at the QKN; procedures for packing electoral material.

The approval of the procedure for voting on Special Persons (VPNV) This roadmap aims to facilitate and ensure the constitutional right to vote for all citizens without exception and aims to determine the manner of registration, identity and voting of the Special Peronas, who cannot vote at their destination. The guide outlines in detail the process and responsibilities of the Movement Team vote Council, providing a transparent, comprehensive election process and in full compliance with legal standards and election regulations in force.

The removal from the voter list of dead persons ? KEC made a decision on the departure of 1,514 people who on election day will be 95 or more. All these people are part of a confirmed list of lives. The verification process is carried out by CEC Executive Officials in various Kosovo municipalities.
