Deeply in pain, we received news of the life of the probation officer, Fatmir Bicaj. On behalf of the Kosovo Correcting Service and on my personal behalf, I express the most sincere condolences to the Bicaj family, colleagues and all those who recognised and praised its dedication and exemplary professionalism”, the report says.

Among other things, the communique says “Fatmir was a model of honesty, dedication and steadfast service to the country's institutions. His precious contribution will always be remembered with respect and gratitude”.
