According to the 24-hour Kosovo Police report, a Serbian citizen had approached the police car with a T-shirt with provocative and offensive inscriptions.
The suspect has been escorted to the police station, while following consultation with the prosecutor, the case has been initiated, while the same has been released in regular procedures. /Periscope/
