Laban's case, Chitaku Hadzi: National Security Not Protected With Press Conference

PDK MP Vlora Citaku has reacted to incumbent Justice Minister Albulen Haxhiu after her statements to Constitutional Court Judge Radomir Laban.

Citaku stressed that Hadziu, though long in power, has reacted only now, when the Constitutional Court ruled for the Constitutional Court's Constituent Assembly of the Parliament, and not before.

“Unanimously, all the judges of the Constitutional Court, including two that you have voted on, have concluded that the head of the session has violated the Constitution. Any attempt to delegate the Constitutional Court is called for anarchy. Where were you before? You had absolute power. National security is not protected with press conferences, but with concrete action”, Citaku writes on Facebook./Periscopi/
