Kurt's changing words a little bit: We must expect full Constitutional bias

Kosovo's incumbent Prime Minister, Albin Kurti, said full Constitutional Court act must be expected when asked whether he will respect the decision regarding the constitution. “We must expect full justice. The amendment to the act, the Constitution, published on August 8th, through which he ordered MPs to constitutionalise the Kosovo Assembly within 30 days.
The deadline begins to flow after full-fledged judgment is published in the Official Journal, but this has not yet happened.
The Constitution said the prime minister must be elected by open vote and that he can only be voted up to three times.
This Constitutional decision has been criticised by the Vetevendosje Movement, the party that has come first in the February 9th elections, has already been welcomed by parties that so far were in opposition.
MPs ignored an earlier Constitutional Court, which had called for the appointment of the ninth legislature within 30 days. But the court had not indicated the consequences of failing to comply with this act.
Kosovo has been in political crisis after failing to form new institutions since holding parliamentary elections on February 9th.
The process has stalled in voting for mayor of the assembly, the position for which Vetevendosje Movement has nominated Albulen Haxhiun, but has not received the 61 votes needed. /Periscope
