The court explained that Dehar has acted contrary to the Constitutional Court's act, and therefore, the Assembly hearings held from 27 June to 26 July 2025 are declared invalid.
However, even after that ruling, the Court has not clearly clarified the concrete measures behind the 30-day deadline.
Once again, its interpretation remained unclear and incomplete.
