This has failed 5 times, and the Constitutional Court ruling says there can be no more than three votes for the same candidate, follows Periscope.
As a result, Krasniqi stresses that the VV should propose another candidate.

Since the candidate/proposal vote for chairman/of the Parliament cannot be repeated more than three times for the same person, and that LVV's first proposal for candidate Albulen Haxhiu has been unsuccessful for five times, it cannot be reruned. Following the constitutional session, LVV should propose another candidate for the post.
