Krasniqi meets the British ambassador, speaks of the urgent need for functionalisation of institutions

Krasniqi, in his Facebook post, has said that he has shared his concerns with the British ambassador regarding the institutional blockade, which, he is undermining citizens' trust.

Today, I also had the joy of meeting the United Kingdom Ambassador to Kosovo Jonathan Hargreaves.

We discussed the political situation in the country, post-election developments and the urgent need for functioning new institutions, in accordance with the Constitution.

With Ambassador Hargreeves I shared our concerns about the current institutional blockade, which is undermining citizens' trust and hindering the country's democratic development.

I reaffirmed that the Democratic Party of Kosovo will continue to play a constructive role, in defence of constitutional order, functional democracy and our strong partnership with the United Kingdom and international friends of Kosovo.
