As always, it was a pleasure to welcome you to the meeting Mrs. Annu Pratttipati, on a job assignment at the American Embassy in Kosovo.
In the spirit of discussion on current development, I stressed the need for new institutions to be established as soon as possible, because delays are creating uncertainty and are undermining normal functioning of the state.
The PDK will continue to act responsibly, in the interest of citizens, for institutional stability and remains committed to close partnership with the United States and our Western allies.
