Avni Dehari, at least, should have opened yesterday's session with an apology to MPs for his unconstitutional actions.
Whenever MPs reminded him of the Constitutional Court's Act, he arrogantly demanded that the director stop the microphone.
The most natural would be for him to withdraw completely from the head of the constitutional session.
Impose an arbitrary option.
He ignored the Constitutional Court's act for more than a month.
He testified that he is unable to act independently from party dictatorship.
A leader of the constitutional session should protect constitutional order and the dignity of the Parliament, not violating it.
