Through a communique by Kosovo Police has become known that thanks to the co-operation of citizens and relevant institutions, police have managed to identify endangered children and ensure their presence, as they add that parents and other mechanisms responsible for proper treatment of cases have been announced.
In the communiqué police urged parents to take care of their children what they do and post them online for preventing dangers coming from the Internet.

Kosovo police, within the framework of co-operation with different citizens and institutions, have recently dealt with several cases in which posts by children have appeared on the internet for self-insulting with serious health consequences, but also posts dealing with suicide.
Thanks to co-operation with citizens and relevant institutions, Kosovo Police have also managed to identify endangered children and ensure their presence. Parents and other mechanisms responsible for proper treatment of cases have been notified.
Kosovo police thank the different citizens and institutions for co-operation and contributions to create a safe environment on the internet, with particular emphasis on children.
At the same time, in order to prevent Internet risks posed to children, Kosovo police call on all citizens, namely parents, to care for their children for what they do and post online.
Counsel and request for parents and children for fair and secure internet use:
-Wait, talk to your children about online dangers from time to time, monitor what online activities they do, because this can prevent a bad one, whether it's your child or other children;
-See what photos, videos or other materials your children own on phones and other computer devices;
-make sure your children are not playing any dangerous game;
- Kids, WARNING whom you associate online and share your personal data with, never physically contact with strangers you met online without telling your parents;
-Look what you post on social networking;
-Don't bully others online;
-Don't download and don't distribute videos and photos with child abuse content;
-Don't play games that want to overcome challenges and hurt yourself;
-Don't stay long and no reason on the Internet;
