For more than 100 days, Kosovars had seen him open and closing its constitutional session as leader Avni Dehari, who often appeared nervous.
The failed hearings make Kosovo not new institutions even after exactly 6 months from the August 9th elections.
On the other hand, during this half year, there were numerous developments on the side of the globe.
There were choices, and new governments were established, and wars started and ended, some countries reached peace deals, and there were advances in science and technology, not putting aside many developments from sport and culture.
Just a few weeks after Kosovo, Germany held national elections and very soon became with the new Chancellor, Frierdich Merz, without a single blockade of the ship why the winning party was markedly lower than in Kosovo.
Parliamentary elections during that time were held in Albania, in the Philippines, in Venice and Burundi, but nowhere did any post-electoral wonder as in Kosovo.
Gabon, Ecuador, Romania, and Poland also became the new presidents during this course.
These six months of Kosovo's choice of chief parliament began conflicts around the world.
Cambodia and Thailand began on July 24, but four days later they reached a truce.
Until, a month earlier, Rwanda and the Democratic Republic of Congo signed a peace agreement in Washington to end decades of devastating conflict between the two neighbours.
Within that same period, the leaders of Armenia and Azerbaijan, in the presence of US President Donald Trump, signed an agreement at the White House to end the several-decade conflict, reports T7, broadcast Periscope.
New dynamics in this period also took place in the Russia-Ukrainian war, as US President confirmed that he will meet Russian President Vladimir Putin on 15 August.
As the conflict between Israel and Palestine continues, within this half year of Kosovo's failure to constitute the new legislature, several powerful states of the world warned the recognition of the Palestinian state.
Beyond the security conflicts, during this half year Albulen Haxhiu managed to vote chief parliamentary, but the land recognised one of the shorter days in history, registering as unusual astronomical phenomenon.
These six months were also advanced in new space missions, and promising scientific research was developed.
And while Avni Dehar still opens and closes the Constituve sessions, this year the Oscar and Eurovision ceremony has ended. /Periscope
